During washing, you have had design resistance issues after printing the t-shirts with water-based inks. Was the ink very old? What other cause could there be?

The Tex print Base Extra soft ink It is rather liquid; When printing with 55 threads, it is easy for some of the ink (due to the pressure of the squeegee) to pass under the frame and around the design, forming burrs custom screen printing.
The remedies are:
- Printwith frames of more threads, keeping in mind that the Extrasoft can be printed with up to 90 threads obtaining excellent results
– Limit the pressure of the squeegee: it should be minimal, because the very fluid ink runs down the frame on its own without the need to press – Use the squeegee at a higher speed
– Use contact distance: There should be a distance of about 1 mm between the frame and the paper, and the frame only touches the paper under the (limited) pressure of the squeegee. In this way the sharpness increases.
In the testing workshop, with liquid inks, we have also noticed the same difficulty; It’s about becoming familiar, finding the exact relationship betweenthe speed of the scraperand hand pressure.
Unlike denser and more opaque water-based inks, it is not advisable to pass the squeegee over the frame twice here.
